- Surcharge applicable on Fridays, Saturdays and school holidays at RM80.00+ per room per night.
- Surcharge applicable on eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays at RM130.00+ per room per night.
Terms & Conditions
- All rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia, are non-commissionable and subject to 6% SST. Effective 1 March 2024, all rates quoted are subject to 8% SST.
- All taxes, levies and charges are subject to change at the discretion of the resort and following the Malaysian Government laws.
- Effective 1 September 2017, all tourists except Malaysian citizens/permanent residents (holding MY PR Card) are subject to a Tourism Tax as gazetted under the Tourism Tax Act 2017. The Tourism Tax is set at RM10.00 nett per room per night and will be charged in addition to prevailing charges and taxes.
- Effective 1 March 2022, Cukai Kelestarian Pahang is set at RM3.00 nett per room per night and will be charged in addition to the prevailing charges and taxes.
- Preferred Corporate Rates are NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms/residences and above. Rates for groups are on a request basis and will be extended based on room availability.
