- An additional charge of MYR110.00++ per night, inclusive of breakfast, will apply for a third person sharing a room with two existing guests.

- Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the Malaysian Government upon check-in and is not included in the total room cost. All Malaysian nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
- For stays 1 July 2022 onwards, the Penang Local Government Fee of MYR3.00 nett per room per night is not included in the total room cost and will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the Penang Local Government upon check-in.
