Terms & Conditions
- MIA members are requested to present the MIA e-Card during check-in to enjoy the Corporate Rates
- All accounts must be settled by cash or credit card unless prior arrangements have been made with the concerned hotel
- All room cancellations must be advised 48 hours prior to the date of arrival or a one (1) night ‘No Show’ charge will be levied
- A surcharge of RM20 nett will be applied per room per night for stays during public holidays, school holidays, and festive seasons
- A Tourism Tax of RM10 nett per room per night will be levied for foreign guests
