• Extra bed is RM94.50 nett per bed per night basis with one breakfast, on-request basis and subject to availability. Only one bed is allowed per room.
• The Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night is to be imposed on foreign tourists and guests under the Tourism Tax Act 2017
• All confirmed reservation should be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Non-guaranteed reservations may be subject to cancellation of the booking
• Advance reservation is required ad confirmation is subject to availability of room at the point of reservations are being made

Check-In – Check-Out Times

• Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12 noon
• Late check-out is subject to room availability
• All bookings will be subject to 24 hours release on the day of arrival, unless the hotel receives a guaranteed deposit payment for the said booking
• Departing on a date earlier than the confirmed departure date is subject to one night’s charge unless the hotel management is notified 24 hours in advance
• The hotel reserves its absolute right to charge for a minimum of one night in the event of a non-arrival after a guaranteed booking
• Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card☜ for verification upon check-in.
