Terms & Conditions
- The Corporate Sales Programme rebate structure is applicable to purchases of new BYD cars from Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn Bhd or its authorised dealers under the BYD Corporate Programme made by MIA members.
- This programme is not applicable to the spouses of MIA members.
- Corporate Sales policy is offered on top of Sales Impulse/Campaign offerings (unless specifically excluded under the Impulse Campaign Terms & Conditions).
- All cars sold by Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn Bhd or its authorised dealers under any other promotional offers are NOT entitled to the discount as stated in the BYD Corporate Sales Programme. This includes, but not limited to cars purchased/sold during any promotional offers i.e. Demo/Registered car, and Promotional Campaign discount as below:
- Demo/Registered cars– a new car which had been registered under Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn Bhd or the respective authorised BYD dealer’s name, which has been used and is subsequently sold to customer under the BYD Corporate Programme
- Purchases underMalaysia My Second Home (MM2H) or Returning Expert Program (MREP)
