  • Room rates are based on per room/per night basis.
  • All rates quoted are nett inclusive of 6% SST, in MYR and are non-commissionable.
  • Preferred Corporate Rates are NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms/residences and above. Rates for groups are on request basis.
  • Rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the hotel’s Central/Regional Reservations Office.
  • Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability

  • Reservations are held until 1800 hours on the date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed are as follows:-
    • One (1) night room rate for stays of less than 5 nights
    • Two (2) nights room rate for stays of 5 nights and above
    • Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
  • The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is 2 Adults and 2 Children to a room based on existing bedding configuration.
  • All payments are to be settled directly upon check out.
  • All rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point in time.
