- The rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit, based on single or double occupancy, and are inclusive of breakfast.
- The rates are NET and inclusive of 8% SST.
- The rates are do not include the Tourism Tax of RM10 per room, per night, imposed on foreign tourists by the government under the Tourism Tax Act 2017
- Effective 1st January 2025, the Perak State Government will implement a Local Service Charge (Caj Perkhidmatan Tempatan, or CTP) of RM3.00 per room, per night, applicable to all guests staying in accommodations throughout the state.
