Terms & Conditions
- This corporate rate is only applicable for MIA members.
- Payment will be made on a self-payment basis.
- Any additional blood tests will be charged at tag-on prices, and a 5% discount will be applied to imaging tests. Prices are subject to revision based on the hospital’s periodic reviews.
- There will be no fee reduction, refund, or substitution with another test if any item is excluded from the package.
- The above corporate rate is only applicable for the health screening packages quoted and will be reviewed on a yearly basis. This quotation is valid until 30 June 2026.
- Beacon Hospital reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and validity of the offer, provided that a written notice is given at least fourteen (14) days in advance prior to implementation.
