- As the regulator and developer of the profession, MIA has identified climate change and sustainability as game changers for the global business ecosystem.
- As such, the profession and accountancy professionals should enhance their future relevance to investors and business by upskilling on ESG and sustainability. Accountancy professionals are advised to be adaptable, resilient and harness their valued financial and non-financial insights to manage uncertainty, locally and globally.
- In all that we do, accountancy professionals shall uphold the profession’s code of ethics to champion accountability, integrity and trust for good governance in the public interest.

This Blueprint reflects our commitment to sustainable practices, and aims to provide guidelines to support accountants in embedding sustainability as part of their current role and within their organisations.
