Terms & Conditions
- All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (nett) on per suite, per night basis. Rates are inclusive of all charges and taxes. The extended rates are subject to amendment and are non-commissionable.
- Effective 1 March 2024, the Service Tax has been increased from 6% to 8%, as announced by the Minister of Finance. Should any new taxes be implemented by the local Government, the rates are subject to change. The Haven reserves the right to impose any additional taxes introduced by the relevant authorities without prior notice.
- Eve Weekend & Weekend Surcharge (Friday & Saturday) – RM60.00 nett per suite, per night
- The peak period surcharge is RM200 nett per suite, per night, and both rates and dates are subject to change
- The official check-in time is after 1500 hours, while the check-out time is 1200 hours on the day of departure.
- All reservations are on a request basis and subject to suite availability at the applicable rates. The resort reserves the right to block certain dates for reservations
- MIA members are required to present the MIA e-Card when making a booking and upon check-in to enjoy the benefit.
