Room Rates

  • The rates quoted are nett, inclusive of 6% SST
  • The rates quoted are non-commissionable
  • The rates quoted are inclusive of daily Continental breakfast for one/two persons at the Cafe Via Mare
  • The corporate rates are not applicable to company meetings, conferences, conventions and trade events
  • Rates are based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of change, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by the Malaysian Government

Airport Transfer Service

Airport transfer is at RM14.99 per person per way. Prior booking is essential

Surcharge for High Season (Peak Period)

  • A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night will be imposed during the Rainforest World Music Festival & Kuching Marathon

Meals Rates per Person

Terms & Conditions

Reservation Guarantee

  • All reservations must be guaranteed upon arrival by a major credit card. For credit card guarantee, the Hotel requires written information which includes the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date
  • All non-guaranteed reservations will be released 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date, upon which guestrooms are subject to availability

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time is at 1500 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours
  • A later check-out up to 1800 hours, half of the applicable rate per room will be charged
  • For check-out after 1800 hours, a full night’s rate will apply. Both of these facilities are subject to room availability based on the arrival pattern at the Hotel on the day
  • MIA members are advised to present the MIA e-Card ☜ to enjoy the Corporate Rates
