Cancellation / No Show Policies

A one-night room rate will be charged to the credit card or company in the event of no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 1400hrs (Local time) on the day of arrival.

Blackout Dates & High Demand Periods

Event surcharge is applicable below:

  • F1 Grand Prix : Surcharge of S$150++ per room per night

The hotel will inform you of changes, if any, accordingly. During other high demand periods, the hotel reserves the right to impose a surcharge.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
  • Only premium rooms can accommodate extra bed at S$70++/bed per night.
  • The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alteration by the local government and service charge amendments.
  • Check-in time is at 1400 hours and check-out time is before 1200 hours. Please inform Reservations Department regarding early check-in or late checkout and it is subject to room availability. Late check-out can be extended until 1800 hours at a minimal charge and subject to availability. A full rate charge will be applied for checkout after 1800 hours.
  • Please quote Corporate Account Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA e-Card upon check-in to enjoy the Corporate Rates.
