Airport Transfer Service

  • Arrangement for airport pick-up/drop off service, special rates inclusive prevailing Government Tax as follows:
    1. By Van (2 persons) – RM95 nett per van/per way
    2. By Van (3-6 persons) – RM160 nett per van/per way

  • Room rates are based on per room, per night
  • All rates quoted are nett inclusive prevailing Government Tax, in MYR and are non-commissionable
  • Surcharge of RM50.00nett per room per night is applicable on Friday and Saturday
  • A surcharge of RM100.00 nett per room per night is applicable eve of and public holidays
  • Preferred Corporate Rates are NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms/residences and above. Rates for groups are on request basis
  • Rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the hotel’s Central/Regional Reservations Office

  • Reservations are held until 1800 hours on the date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed are as follows:-
    1. One (1) night room rate for stay of less than 5 nights
    2. Two (2) nights room rate for stay of 5 nights and above
    3. Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak period
  • The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is 2 Adults and 2 Children to a room based on existing bedding configuration
  • All payments are to be settled directly upon check out
  • All rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point in time
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.
