Terms & Conditions

  • All rates quoted are nett, inclusive of 6% SST and 10% service charge
  • All rates quoted are non-commissionable
  • All rates quoted are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at the Palm Garden Coffee House
  • Extra bed is chargeable at RM70.00 nett per unit / per night inclusive of 1 breakfast
  • Additional buffet breakfast at RM28 per adult and RM18 per child (age 4-12 years old)
  • All rates are based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of change, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by the Malaysian Government
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

  • Check-in time is at 1500 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours
  • Rooms may be extended up to 1800 hours at a minimal charge and is subjected, to room availability
  • MIA members are advised to present the MIA e-Card to enjoy the Corporate Rates

Number of Guest in Room

The hotel restricts the number of guests in each room to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years of age


A deposit of RM250.00 would be collected from the guest upon check-in and would be refunded during check-out after deducting from the actual bill charges


The Hotel accepts payment via Cash and Credit Card only

Cancellation Policy

All payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation received less than the required notice period and/or in event guest did not turn up without any notice (No-Show) will be subject to one night room rental. Undertaking letter would be taken as the guaranteed booking even if there is No-Show
