  • CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
    Check-in time will be after 15:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12.00 noon. Any request/s for an earlier check-in or late checkout may be subject to 50% of the applicable Corporate Rates Offered. A full night’s charge will apply for checkout beyond 16:00 p.m. Both facilities must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.
  • RESERVATION GUARANTEE
    All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night room rate deposit or a major credit card. The hotel requires a credit card number and expiry date for a credit card guarantee.
    For non-guaranteed reservations, this will be held till 16:00 pm, where the hotel reserves the right to release the booking/s.
  • CANCELLATION PR NO SHOW POLICY
    All booking cancellations must be notified to the hotel in writing before 16:00 pm (local time) on arrival day to avoid a cancellation fee of one (1) night of accommodation.
  • PAYMENT
    All payments are to be settled by cash or credit card upon departure unless other arrangements have been confirmed with the Hotel. For companies with a credit facility, all invoices are to be settled within 30 days of the date of invoice.
