Terms & Conditions

  • The Corporate Rate applicable to individual bookings for a maximum of 9 rooms only.
  • Extra bed is RM 90 NETT per bed per night inclusive of 1 buffet breakfast.
  • Additional buffet breakfast is offered in All Day Dining for RM 50.00 NETT per person per day from 06:30 hours till 10:30 hours.
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

 

Check-in / Check-out hours

  • Check-in time is 15:00 hours. Requests for early check-in will be subject to availability on the day of arrival. Requests for guaranteed early check in necessitates the rooms to be reserved from the night prior and will be charged accordingly.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Requests for extended check-out time will be subject on the day of departure and hourly late check-out charges will apply.

 

Guarantee of room reservations

  • Reservations that are not guaranteed will be held until 18:00 hours on the day of the arrival. To guarantee a reservation, kindly provide the following:
    • Credit Card number and ID number
    • Expiry date
    • Card Holder’s name
  • All non-guaranteed reservations for the day’s arrival will be held until 16:00 hours only unless otherwise pre-arranged.
  • Should cancellation be made 3 working days prior to arrival or in the event of no show, a 1 night’s cancellation charge equivalent to 1 night’s room rate will be charged against the credit card given.
