Terms & Conditions

Taxes and Services Charges

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), non-commissionable and inclusive of all charges and prevailing taxes.

Tourism Tax of RM10 will be applicable for all room types, based on per room per night basis. Collection of this tax will be by Berjaya Hotels & Resorts when the guests check out. Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted.

The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the Corporate Rates anytime within the contracted period in accordance with the revision on such charges by the authorities concerned. Room rates quoted are preferred corporate rates and applicable for individual bookings of up to 9 rooms. Group rates apply for bookings of 10 rooms and above, which is negotiated depending on space and rate availability.

 

Guaranteed Bookings

All bookings should be guaranteed by a valid credit card, or a letter of undertaking issued by the company. Non-guaranteed bookings will be held up till 1800hrs on the day of arrival unless guarantee is made by money transfer, major credit cards or written corporate guarantee.

 

Check-in / Check-out

Hotel check-in time is after 1500hrs daily. Check-in prior to 1500hrs is subject to availability of rooms. For guaranteed room availability prior to 1500hrs, the room must be pre-blocked one night before, chargeable at full day’s rate.

Early arrival charges are waived for Club Premier Room and Suite, provided estimated time of arrival (ETA) is confirmed with the hotel 24 hours prior to day of arrival.

Hotel check-out time is before 1200hrs. Arrangements can be made for late check-out and is subject to availability of rooms. Late check-out till 1800hrs is chargeable at 50% of room rate and a full day’s rate will apply for check-outs after 18OOhrs.

Late check-out charges are waived for Club Premier Room and Suite, provided estimated time of departure (ETD) is confirmed with the hotel, 24 hours prior to departure time.

 

Identification

Member are required to present the MIA e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

 

Cancellation and No Shows

Please note that a one night’s charge is levied for non-arrivals or cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Bookings of up to 9 rooms can be made through our main reservations office or individual hotel reservations office as listed below.
