Terms & Conditions
- The above room rates are quoted in MYR per room per night and are non-commissionable.
- Subject to 8% prevailing Government tax. In the event of any change of the local legislation, the applicable Government tax rate shall be used.
- Effective from 1 January 2023, a tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night will be collected by the hotel as imposed by the country of Malaysia. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are excluded.
- For transient business travel only up to 9 rooms per night (excluding bookings for conference or group events) and confirmed upon availability.
- All bookings must be submitted via email, a confirmation booking will be sent once a booking has been made with payment received. The booking inquiries can be emailed to the reservation team at reservations.kualalumpur@amari.com and copy shifeii.ng@amari.com
- MIA members need to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants when making a booking and present the MIA e-Card upon check-in to enjoy the benefits.
- Rates and conditions cannot be applied for guests attending city-wide congresses, meetings or events, which are contracted by separate Groups & Conventions Agreement.
