Member Firm Registration Requirements & Guidelines

Requirement

Branch office of an audit firm must be managed by a member of MIA.

Procedures

  1. To file Form under Section 265 (4) lodged with the CCM; and
  2. Login to the Firm’s Profile and click Submit Applications > Application to Change of Firm Details.
  3. Enclosed the following documents:
    • Copy of lodgement of Form under Section 265(4) acknowledged by SSM.
    • Copy of letter confirming the changes by the SSM on the lodgement Form.
