Member Firm Registration Requirements & Guidelines
- Submit the application online through MIA website
- Log in to the Firm’s Profile > Submit Applications > Application to Change Firm Name
- Approval letter for the proposed name will be issued by MIA. (This process will take about 7 working days)
- Upon obtaining the name approval, firm is requested to:
- Log in > My Application History > View > Re-submit
- To return the previously issued Registration of Firm Certificate.
- Registration of firm letter will be issued by MIA to confirm the firm registration. (The process will take about 7 working days)
- New Registration of Firm Certificate will be issued provided the previously issued Registration of Firm Certificate is returned. The new certificate will be issued within 3 weeks.
