Member Firm Registration Requirements & Guidelines

  1. Submit the application online through MIA website
    • Log in to the Firm’s Profile > Submit Applications > Application to Change Firm Name
  2. Approval letter for the proposed name will be issued by MIA. (This process will take about 7 working days)
  3. Upon obtaining the name approval, firm is requested to:
    • Log in > My Application History > View > Re-submit
  4. To return the previously issued Registration of Firm Certificate.
  5. Registration of firm letter will be issued by MIA to confirm the firm registration. (The process will take about 7 working days)
  6. New Registration of Firm Certificate will be issued provided the previously issued Registration of Firm Certificate is returned. The new certificate will be issued within 3 weeks.
