- Determine the category, sub-category, and process that you want to apply for this award.
- Ensure that all mandatory and supporting documents are prepared. The write-up will need to be prepared based on the writing guidance.
- Upload all documents in Google Drive and share the folder access link at the last page of the submission.
- The submission ID and payment instructions will be emailed to you once you have completed the documents submission.
- Payment of participation fee must be made for each application to be deemed successful
- Provide the proof of payment and submission ID to dtaa@mia.org.my upon payment completion.
- Adhere to the terms and conditions of application and participation fee.
- Submission will be reviewed for completeness.
- The submission will be evaluated and shortlisted by the Adjudication Committee based on the awards criteria.
- Shortlisted participants will be invited to a pitching session (either physically or virtually).
- Each shortlisted participant will be allocated with 10 minutes for the presentation followed by Q&A session with the Adjudication Committee.
- Only one (1) presenter is allowed to present during the pitching session.
- The presentation should cover the following: –
- Description of the digital technology adopted
- Implementation of digital technology adopted, and challenges faced
- The impact of such technology adoption to the organization
- Other relevant matters
- The presenter is encouraged to include relevant information in their presentation to support the application.
- The Adjudication Committee will finalise the evaluation and determine the winners.
