Circular No. MF21/2013 TO ALL ACCOUNTANTS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 COMES INTO OPERATION ON 15 NOVEMBER 2013 The Minister of Communications and Multimedia has notified in the Federal Government Gazette [P.U. (B) 464] that the date on which the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) comes into operation is on 15 November 2013.
