BURSA MALAYSIA GRANTED A ONE-MONTH EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LISTED ISSUERS WITH FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020 TO SUBMIT THEIR ANNUAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTSOn 6 May 2020, Bursa Malaysia granted an extension of time of one month for the issuance of annual reports and annual audited financial statements by listed issuers with financial year ended 31 March 2020. Listed issuers can submit their annual reports and annual audited financial statements by 31 August 2020, instead of 31 July 2020.The new relief measure given forms part of a series of flexibilities introduced by Bursa Malaysia to ease compliance by listed issuers to alleviate the impact of COVID-19.For further details, please visit Bursa Malaysia’s website at:
