The use of and access to this website www.mia.org.my (“the Website”) owned by Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is strictly subject to all the terms and conditions as hereinafter appearing (“Terms and Conditions”). Your use of and access to and/or continued use of and access to the Website and/or any information from the Website in any form shall constitute your agreement to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property And Proprietary Rights

The materials displayed and contained in the Website, may include (without limitation) all information, data, materials, graphics or other information as well as any software programs available on or through the Website ("Content" or "Contents" as the context may require), are protected by copyright, other applicable proprietary and intellectual property laws, unless where expressly indicated to the contrary. All rights, titles and interests pertaining to the Contents are the sole property of MIA.

The `Malaysian Institute of Accountants’ name and MIA logo, are trademark of MIA. All other marks, trade and product names and logos in the Website are used purely for editorial fashion only without any intention for infringement, and inure to the benefit of the respective owners.

Users shall acknowledge that the Website and its Contents, including but not limited to the text, photographs, graphics and any audio or video applications, is designed and presented by MIA in a format and appearance unique to MIA ("MIA's Look and Feel"). MIA's Look and Feel is protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other applicable intellectual property laws.

While you may place a link to our main page and not to any other websites on your website provided your site does not promote profanity, pornography or unlawful purposes and is not involved in any illegality, MIA do not, however, permit any deep-link to MIA web pages.

MIA shall practise their sole discretion at any time to revise, alter or vary the Terms and Conditions and Content on the Website. The continuous use by you following such revise, alter or vary shall constitute your agreement to accept and comply with such revision, alteration and/or variation.

Violation Of Terms & Conditions

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all aspects in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia and shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.
